Featuring two water fountains, walking trails, and a sports court, the Frost Westover Hills office and parking complex in San Antonio, Texas,
sits on a 16.7-acre site. The building is comprised of a structural steel frame, drilled pier foundation, and glass-curtain wall exterior skin
with an asphalt membrane roof. The scope of work included the interior build-out with an air-cooled, chilled-water HVAC system and state-of-the-art electrical system.
The project had an extremely demanding schedule, requiring the first handover to be made to the owner within 445 days of breaking ground.
SpawGlass used Bentley Navigator on mobile devices and tablets to provide quick access to project documents for project team members
and stakeholders, which minimized the delays that often occur when information and/or changes are transmitted among the design teams
and subcontractor teams.
