Andrew Hobbs is Group Editor of Energy Publications – serving as editor of Oil & Gas Australia, Australasia’s leading oil and
gas journal, as well as Oil & Gas Asia, PNG Resources, and Asia Pacific Subsea World. He has worked as a journalist for eight
years and specialized in reporting on the oil and gas industry for four years. Hobbs was an online journalist and sub-editor
for Upstream, the international oil and gas industry newspaper. Hobbs holds an honours degree in political science from the
University of Western Australia and a graduate degree in journalism from Curtin University of Technology.
Erin Joyce | Managing Editor, Engineering News-Record
Erin Joyce is managing editor for integrated media with Engineering News-Record (ENR), where she oversees content
produced for the ENR enterprise. She also leads the technology vertical for the publication and its events, as well as writes
about IT issues for engineering and construction. Her work focuses on apps, 4D BIM and scheduling tools,
software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service, Web services, and cloud computing.
Prior to joining ENR, Joyce covered enterprise technology for various publications, including American Banker, Jupitermedia,
InternetNews.com, and Business Week. She holds a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of
Journalism and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maine.
Felix Mara | Architect
Felix Mara is a chartered architect who specializes in external envelope and conceptual design. He has practiced in London,
Bath, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, acquiring broad digital architectural design experience. From 2009 to 2014, Mara was technical
editor of The Architects’ Journal and editor of AJ Specification. He was also the editor and main contributor to Architects
Working Details 8 (AJ, 2014) and the technical volume of Zaha Hadid Architects: Heydar Aliyev Center (Lars Müller, 2014). In
August 2014, he returned to architectural practice, joining GRID Architects in London.

Leesa Nacht is the associate publisher of Plant Engineering & Maintenance (PEM) and Resource Engineering & Maintenance
(REM) magazines. She has been working in this industry for eight years. PEM is Canada’s largest publication devoted to
maintenance, reliability, and asset management. Nacht is an active member of the Plant Engineering & Maintenance
Association of Canada, and a member of the judging panel for the PEM Maintenance Awards, a national award in Canada
celebrating excellence in maintenance and reliability in the industrial manufacturing, oil and gas, and mining sectors.
