Mokha Financial and Industrial Consultants designed a residence of Shri Ajay
Maloo in Raipur, India, using Bentley Architecture. This technology enabled the
design team to complete renderings of the design more quickly than in the past,
eliminating the need to retain a subconsultant.
Using photometric (IES) files enabled the designers to provide much more accurate
renderings. The photorealistic renderings of helped to convince the client that
the design fulfilled the project intent. Mokha continues to use technologically
advanced software to continue to upgrade the skills of its designers.
Swimming Pool Integration in a Secondary School
NBRS+Partners was engaged by a private girls’ school in Sydney, Australia,
to design and construct a large swimming and training pool with related
amenities. This $15 million new construction incorporated pools, a pool hall,
and a basketball court at levels that matched the floor levels of the existing
science and teaching facilities. The challenge of this large development was its
potential to cause neighborhood anxiety that could lead to approval delays.
NBRS+Partners used Bentley Architecture to enhance community and
professional communication. The project team addressed potential concerns by
producing easy-to-understand, lifelike 3D images that fostered the community
consultation process, improved client engagement, and informed the wider
school community to help support the project fundraising.
