Dr. Tom Fiske is part of the analyst and consulting team at ARC Advisory Group covering the global process engineering and design
application markets. Since 1998, he has been responsible for writing in-depth reports and providing advice to clients on asset
lifecycle management and asset optimization, and has several years of project management experience in the chemical processing
industry. Fiske is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. in chemical engineering and holds a masters degree in
management of technology from the Sloan School at MIT.

Bob Guatta is group manager for engineering systems at GRD Minproc. Based in Perth, Australia, Guatta is responsible for the
engineering delivery systems and workflows for GRD offices throughout Australia, South America, and Africa in addition to project
offices worldwide. Actively involved in a number of industry groups over the years, he has over 35 years experience in the mining
and metals and heavy engineering industries.
Larry Lynch, Shaw Power Group
Larry Lynch has over 35 years of power plant design experience in both fossil and nuclear power generation projects using a wide
range of 3D design and modeling tools providing data-centric integration between engineering and construction. He is recognized as
an industry leader in streamlining engineering procurement and construction activities with modern-day tools. As director of project
automation, Lynch is currently providing automation strategy and direction for the Shaw Power Group.
Doug Nicholson, Petro-Canada
Doug Nicholson is a capital project information management professional, serving as past director of information management
in Petro-Canada’s Oil Sands Projects organization. Nicholson has 20 years experience in the Alberta Oil Sands capital projects
information management arena. His career has been focused on project and operations excellence through creation and hand-over
of reliable, accurate and timely delivery of technical and business information to oil sands facilities.
