New Industrial Facility
This project involved a new industrial facility located in Bruchmuhlbach,
Germany. The goal was to present the project team’s design to the owner and
other stakeholders.
The project team members used MicroStation and speedikon to design the
facility. The functions used to adjust lighting and materials helped the team
communicate various options during the presentation, which was conducted
directly from the MicroStation desktop.

New Parking Area and Employee Entrance
Heinsberg, Germany
This project involved a new parking area and employee entrance for an office
building located in Heinsberg, Germany. The goal was to present the project team’s
preliminary planning and design results to gain the client’s first impressions and
then make necessary adjustments before beginning detailed design.
The three project team members had just 14 days to develop a 3D
representation that would visually communicate the design intent, working with
a bare minimum of data to create the building components. MicroStation and
speedikon enabled the team to meet the project deadline.
