Arkkitehtitoimisto Tapani Launis Oy is an architecture, design, arts, and
educational services firm based in Helsinki, Finland. After an unsatisfactory
experience with a previous 3D modeling application, the firm tested modeling
methods for urban and architectural design using Bentley modeling tools.
In addition to providing superior graphical interface and ease of use, the Bentley
software provided a common data interface with other applications.

Carollo Engineers designed a 40-million-gallon-per-day secondary treatment
expansion for the Clark County Water Reclamation District Facility in Las Vegas,
Nev. The $101 million project includes four aeration basins, four secondary
clarifiers, a return-activated sludge pump station, an electrical building, and a
blower building.
MicroStation, GEOPAK, TriForma, and PlantSpace identified conflicts and
potential coordination issues, which ensured efficient communications and
integration among disciplines as well as 3D visualization of the project from
design through construction phases. As the project team collaboration system,
Project Wise enabled multiple offices to access information effectively.
