ANIMATION & FREEFORM/ARTISTIC EXPRESSION
Presentation of Interior of the Building With the Effect of the Light
this project faced the challenge of creating a realistic, true-to-life 3D model,
utilizing both visualization and animation. This was achieved through a high
level of detail, which allowed the viewer to experience all of the surroundings
included in the model. Creatively designed, the design allows the viewer
to see that each room is filled with various elements: plants, furniture, and
toys. Both the strong use of reflection and the effect of light, matched with
multiple uses of animation demonstrated by the movement of trains, toys, and
doors, added a sense of reality to the presentation.

turkey Hill Elementary School’s state-of-the-art design will provide an
exceptional learning environment while being environmentally conscious.
This institution will employ measures and alternative materials to help reduce
the amount of airborne carbon dioxide, reuse rainwater via an underground
storm water recapturing system, reduce solar loads and lighting costs with
appropriate window treatments, and provide LEED certification through a
ground source heat pump – allowing 110 vertical lines to circulate a glycol/
water solution from the building to the earth. This structure is relatively
maintenance free and architecturally sound with steel columns, beams, and
open web joists that will meet the load requirements.
