The building will have three floors and an
approximate height of 56 feet. This allows for
a 14-foot 7-inch floor-to-floor height and
mechanical penthouse. The roof will be a
low-slope roof with roof-mounted air han-
dling units.

MicroStation V8 provided the tools for 3D visualization throughout the design process, from the initial stages of preliminary design all the way to the completion of the project.
